Ok, here's the deal...i saw a holiday i wanted 11 days all inclusive Menorca, it worked out at £1500 for 2 adults 1 child booking with thomsons...so i went on the internet and got it for £1300 with thomsons online, next i got a promo code that knocked a further £100 off taking it to £1200.
I phoned thomsons in the high street and told them the price that i have got and they said to bring a print out in and they will match it.
Do you think i have agood deal or could i chance my arm and try and get more knocked off.....? any ideas how i could get it down more . The reason i wanted to book with the shop was you only need a £99 deposit, online they want it nearly all upfront.

I would go to Thomsons, get them to price match, then say u will think about it and then ask thomas cook so say they will beat any thomsons cost. Then go to another thomson and ask them to beat thomas's cooks price! i did this will my holiday for Madeira. Got almost £400 beaten off the internet price. Worth a shot!

The holiday is for May 2008, only direct holidays do the same hotel and they are a lot more expensive...The hotel is the mar de menorca from 27 may 2008 for 11 nights.
