My sister is getting married soon... I am the maid of honour and I have started to do a little photo montage for the evening. It is already about 8 minutes long and I need to edit in all the begining childhood pictures but I am just sorting them into age order. I have completed from teenage to current.
I need your advice on whether people will get bored, Can you watch it and give honest opinions! I also need to edit the music to blend better in some parts ect.

Is it just going to run on a loop all evening for people to watch for a bit and wander off if they get bored?
Or is it a formal thing that everyone will have to watch all together just at one point during the evening?2.22kWp Solar PV system installed Oct 2010, Fronius IG20 Inverter, south facing (-5 deg), 30 degree pitch, no shadingEverything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endMFW #4 OPs: 2018 £866.89, 2019 £1322.33, 2020 £1337.07

I'd limit it to 5 mins to be honest.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -
ive not viewed it..probably because its a "personal " thing to be shown to friends and family, and those that know everyone involved...
But I think its a lovely idea and if I knew the people involved I would appreciate the love care and thought you have put in to create a lovely montage for your sister.
Well done I think its a beautiful thought and for your sister her friends and family it will no doubt bring back lots of wonderful memories....frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

I didn't view either.
As a guest I probably wouldn't stand and watch something like that. If it was a close friend then yes maybe.Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....0 -

I've done this sort of thing before at weddings as the photographer and also when showing prospective couples.
In my experience you have about a minute maybe two before attention wanes.
Eight minutes is simply far too long and if you are playing it at a fixed time eg. during speeches then people will get bored.
If it's on a loop where people can wander around and come back to look then make it as long as you want.0
