I apologies if I am in the wrong place - I am looking for a contact number that is not 0845 for Santander - student son needs to contact them urgently but he only has access to a mobile and it tells him that despite have nearly 900 mins left he does not have enough credit to ring this number - all help gratefully recieved.
Thanks

It might be a good idea to go through mobile phone-books, updating with non-08 numbers before you need them. It could be time well-spent and money saved!0 -
Very good point that doesn't seem to be mentioned often enough on this forum. I have used it myself and found I was immediately talking to somebody who understood exactly what I was talking about.bengal-stripe wrote: »Send him to a branch. Thank you all so much for your help, in the end he had to go into a branch and use the phone.
Some nice soul tried to spend some of his money online - not sure how as he has never lost his card or lent it to anyone! but thankfully it was not allowed as I had just transferred his first 4 months rent for new house. He is getting a new card and has updated his new mobile number with them so they can call him direct - the other available number on his account is home here in London and he is in Leicestershire still at Uni unitl 5th August!! Thank you all so much though for your advice - I just went into panic mode as I did not have the money to give him another lot of rent:eek:Fibro-Warrior0 -
Useful tip is to look on the back of the credit/debit card for a contact number for calling from overseas. This will often (although not always) be a standard landline number.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning0
