I take it you`ve already registered with Southern and can see your accounts online and you`ve already dialed the the meter readings line on 0800 9170718 and given your readings.
Well don`t worry,I did exactly the same and they just ignored them, but they sent the bills when they were ready, which was about 12 weeks after the previous ones.0 -
Try the dedicated (free phone) line: Meter readings 0800 220 995
A computer will ask for your details (account number, readings etc.), you put it in, either by pressing the keys or by speaking the numbers. Works a treat!0
