System Loop & Pressure Indicator

Hi.
We are shortly to have our boiler installed in the loft (new baby means we need to free up space in the bedroom it is currently in)
One thing I have picked up from the forums is the reason most boilers fail in the loft is due to the lack of maintenance from home-owners.
I have read elsewhere that a separate filling loop and pressure indicator can be fitted inside the house in order to perform regular maintenance on the boiler (without the need to go in and out of the loft).
Just wondered what a fair price would be?
Thanks
