Cards, wrap, bows and decorative stuff - got in the sales.
Saving £50.00 vouchers with park for family to go in cards, last payment is in August.
I haven't bought anything yet, and I'm starting to panic. I've got a lot of pressies to buy and wrap, I was almost done this time last year.

Best go buy a large notebook and start with the planning!

Had a bit of a result today (I think so anyway). Was browsing the John Lewis website and saw some gents' Stackers valet trays reduced to £10. I think they would use those for watches, coins etc. and they look quite nice too.

I was ordering some vases (reduced) and didn't have to pay for p&p as it was over £50. It is easy to take things back there if I don't like them.

I just might be sorted now for the table presents.

Now on a mission for reduced price gifts for my three grandchildren but I can take my time.

Just remembering last Christmas when, between them, they could have re-stocked a small toy shop with all the gifts they received so will keep them to a minimum. I already save monthly for their trust funds so I don't go OTT with gifts.

    Still got loads to do!!
Cards & Decorations were purchased in Jan sales so they're sorted

Presents - working on a spreadsheet got ideas; keeping my eyes open for reduced/sale items before paying out full price

Menu - all planned, buying bits for storing (nibbles) & freezing as and when (if they're a good deal) but mostly it will be fresh stuff nearer the time.

Well I've just bought a bunch of gifts from the Debenhams blue cross sale and saved a bloomin fortune.
I only buy gifts for my spouse, my family secret santa and the kids so that saves me a tonne too.

Need to try and source some of last years wrapping paper and cards coz i forgot to stock up in the Jan sales.

Poundland have already started stocking christmas stuff so will pop in there soon to see if there are any bargains.

Food wise, i'll just make sure i up my grocery budget in Oct/Nov/Dec.
Chipping away a little a day

    Reeeeally? Wow.
Are they getting rid of last year's stuff?
They didn't put out any Xmas stuff until September last year. Hope they've got something out either way, when I go next week. :)
