    Thank You for everones point of views. I agree with you's about sharewatch magazine website, it just seems to be created solely to promote the fast 5 article. I'm new to these things so I didn't want to speak negatively about what might have been a well respected publication :D

    What are DTL trying to sell you and how much do they want for it?

    I'm not sure if I'm allowed to talk about the specifics of their business here. Their website being quite vague and short of information to say the least, so I'll pm you the details.

    Don't waste your time with them. Just hang up the phone when they call.

    I'm expecting a call back tomorrow to see if I want to go ahead with it. I kinda expressed some enthusiastic interest in it. How should I go about politely turning them down without accusing them of being scammers? :D

    You tell them that you're not interested. You tell them not to contact you again. You say Goodbye. You put the phone down. You do not tell them why you're not interested, nor do you wait to listen to them or get into any kind of conversation with them. Just put the phone down.

    If you find that difficult, then just think of the most obnoxious person that you know, or have ever known, or even just someone that you know of but have never met: that is them on the other end of the phone.
    Living for tomorrow might mean that you survive the day after.
    It is always different this time. The only thing that is the same is the outcome.

    Exactly what Ark Welder said.

    And don't be swayed by any "price reduction" however large. If you were a thief and you hoped to steal £10,000 from somebody, and they only had £50, you'd still take it wouldn't you?

    I don't know when the website was registered or the company but there's a copyright mark 2005 at the bottom. I just have no idea what they've been doing since then till 2012. Is my scepticism justified here?

    Would anybody consider this article as enough proof for their legitimacy?

    Unusually the company details on the site tie up with the website registration date

    Been looking at some scams today where they claim to have been in business for 5 years yet their website was only setup this year and no suggestion of ever operating under other names.
    Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

    These guys are scammers :mad: of the worst type, this is an interesting SCAM as they have spent alot of time building a false back-story,

    They have 2200+ likes on Fackebook, but most of these facebook acounts are fake themselves.

    They have creates false job adverts;

    They have created a fake magazine with only one article;

    And fake business review websites with articles;

    (Most of the companies on the business review site seem to be fake.)

    They have a slick operation, nice brochure-ware and they have brought a ltd company that has been around since 2004, but sitting on a shelf, on 8/2/2013 this company was brought live by the scammers.

    The true owners of that company are hidden away via nominees and postal forwarding services.

    The company’s current book value is -£1200

    Take a deeper look, this is a 100% fraud and you should run a mile. :(
  • Great detective work Kiwi.

    Lets hope that anyone approached by them uses Google and finds it.

    According to Experion, this company has a single director who was appointed in February this year - a Mr. Anthony Joseph. As Kiwi says, it has a net value of -£1200.00, and it does not appear to trade. It's credit rating is suspended on the basis that it appears to be financially valueless.

    On this basis, I won't be handing over any of my money to them!
  • Had them on to me over the last week, sounds to good to be true, but he was persistant ! Only wanted £4,500 up front (for the software):eek:, and then you only have to pay another £4,400 once you make £25k profit !
