Reading a recent letter from the Ombudsman it says that Ive 2 weeks (doesnt say from date of letter or a date of receiving letter) to reply to them stating whether I accept an offer from my Bank. A Bank offer for PPI reclaim. But further in the letter it says that the bank has up to 6 weeks to reply with their offer to me ?

That’s the system - the respondent has 6 weeks to cough - your not being treated unfairly here.
