how do you divide up your pennies?

hi everyone, thanks for all your replies. I'm sorry that I have not responded sooner, but I have been away on holiday to the isle of wight - we did a cheap sun newpaper deal (keeping it dfw) and had a great time. We also managed to save some spending money, so I know we can put money aside each month for the car etc. Moanymoany, you are absolutely right, self control and willpower are what is required and sometimes that is a bit lacking with OH and myself, however have started getting the saver stamps from the Post Office for car tax. Going to workout this weekend exactly how much needs to be put aside for car, birthdays etc and start doing. thanks for everyone's inspiring ideas.
