I am currently in the process of changing from IB to ESA and have found lots of interesting (if somewhat belated for me) advice but I am struggling with the abbreviations used in a lot of posts.
Would it be possible for someone to list them as a point of reference. I understand the ESA, WRAG and SG references but have seen CPN and others which I can't work out.
Why is it all so complicated?

Thanks Richie as i couldnt make out half of the abbreviations on here either.
Your post should really be a "sticky"0 -
Thanks Richie, that is helping me a lot but ermm, what's a DM? Is there an A to L list too?
And I agree with Imho abut the "sticky". I'm sure we are not the only ones who have been puzzled.0 -
DM = decision maker i.e. the person at DWP who will read the reports and willy-nilly make an arbitrary decision based on rolling a pencil.....0

AS kurgon has said the individual human being that will eventually make a decision on your personal claim is the Decision Maker, as important is the whole of the government DWP departments, all of them, at all different levels use the same list.
For the A-Z bit, when you click the link it will open a 'portable document format' file, all pdf readers have a quick search button, put the phrase or single word into that search and it will find all phrases or single words you put in.
