Hi,
We have been on the market a week now, and have had 15 viewing already with 3 more booked for today. We have had 3 offers, the best of which is for £5k under the asking price from a FTB ready to go whenever we want.
We havn't found anywhere yet so are in no rush, but with all the attention - have we marketed it at just the right price or did we go in too low?

just right i'd imagine : plenty of viewings and an offer within a couple of % of asking price.
There is a theory that a house will usually find its level. Price it low and you'll have multiple offers driving the eventual selling price up. Price it high and eventually you'll have to come down anyway.0
