Virtual Terminal For Credit Cards Charging - Where

Hi people,
I have decided to try your forum and ask my question here. Spent months of research, tried hundreds of virtual terminals and/or merchant accounts providers but not a single luck which (-terminal) could be used. I am searching for ccs charging virtual terminal that accepts all four major cards (visa, mc, amex, discover) for worldwide card holders and that meets (-terminal and/or merchant account provider) the follow two requirements:
First is that there are no chargebacks possible (or from aspect of bank) with NO matter what the reason of dispute would be. So that would work on method like ''Get Paid & Stay Forever Paid''. Second is that provider of virtual terminal does NOT anyhow check or look at or approve or question or judge the charges. So that would work on method like ''As Long As You Are Willing To Pay Our Fees, We Don't Care What And When You Charge, How Often You Charge, For What You Charge, What You Provided To Clients For A Charge etc''
Any useful help, any tip (NOT something like "such terminal doesn't exist" - this would not help), would literally save me life. I was also looking at banks own virtual terminals since deposits on bank accounts are the quickest that way. Some of them even meet second requirement but I need both ones to be met. However they (-bank as provider or terminal) have unrealistic expectations - e.g. Tax Identification Number.

Unless I misunderstood, you want to be able to take credit cards but not have chargebacks? Unfortunately (or luckily for consumers) it's part of all networks so Visa, MasterCard and Amex all require that chargebacks are possible.
So chargebacks are just a downside to accepting cards, I've heard about chargeback insurance but it's probably a good idea to look around.0 -
A chargeback would generally be used if you have a dispute with a customer. Although the money could be taken from you, if you prove during a subsequent investigation that it is a legitimate charge, then the money is returned to you.
If you've had a chargebacks from customers in one of the hundreds of virtual terminals/merchant accounts that you've already tried, then that would suggest you're doing something that your customers do not like, such as a customer service issue, or not complying with the Distance Selling Regulations (if in the UK).
You're going to get little help here, as this site is about consumer protection. It's unlikely you'll get pointers as to the best way to (potentially) put customers out of pocket. Apologies if this isn't your intention, but I cannot for the life of me think of any reason why anybody would legitimately attempt to avoid cashbacks.Competition wins:
2010 - approx £450. 2011 - approx £800. 2012 - approx £300. 2013 - nothing so far!0 -

It sounds to me like he wants to know a way of taking money from customers without there being any chance of having to refund if needed, and also somewhere where his charges won't come under too much scrutiny. On top of that he wants to run the business without the inconvenience of having to supply anyone with any "tax identification numbers" - sounds like the kind of business that most people would be advised to steer well clear of.
Based on what he's written, the general gist of the enquiry seems to be "how can I rip my customers off"?I am an IFA. Any comments made on this forum are provided for information only and should not be construed as advice. Should you need advice on a specific area then please consult a local IFA.0
