    You just need to follow the link I explain in my signature below, to get to see the current first page of threads, all full of current advice which may answer your questions.

    At the very least reading some current threads will explain POPLA to you.

    Also you DO NOT respond to this first 'ticket' so you have ages to read the forum. You wait for the first letter to arrive and that won't be until the end of Sept/Oct at the earliest. Loads of time to learn about what to do when you get the first letter, and how to win the appeal.

    Also bags of time to make a formal complaint with the Store Manager about this harassment of course. Easiest way to get this cancelled, look at these examples:

    Do not ignore it but complain first, and if need be you then appeal when the Notice to Keeper arrives (unless it's a company or hire car, or was in Scotland/NI).
