Any address with MAPLE MILL in OLDHAM should be a RED Flag
Okay well apart from the fact that his personnel have managed to scam infiltrate your forums and posted advertisements in every forum which I did report to Martin and every forum manager I could
VANCE MILLER IS NOT a household name he should be but when he and his website designer put fake internet company pages up and get the ratings on google to work in their favour most folk dont ahave a hope in hell of deciding which kitchen is the best for the amount of money asked for
I didnt buy the kitchen it was sourced for me it was delivered and stacked in such a way it could not be inspected I am a disabled grandma with a double amputee son. Im trying to get him home, if the kitchen was worth what was paid for it then there would be no problem but it is sh one t e the facing doors are hard and heavy but the carcasses are chipboard and worthless.

So who sourced the kitchen for you?

Was there a contract between the 2 of you? i.e. do you have any comeback against the person who sourced the kitchen on your behalf?

    I'll ask this again:

Do you mean the 'Small Claims Court' process?

    I'll say this again:

OP - I really think you need to be much clearer about what happened and what the current situation is than you have been on this thread and in your posts you've made on other threads.

Also, you need to be clear about what help you need.

Additionally, you've posted another rant on a different thread which was just asking about replacement kitchen doors - and with capital letters.

I'm sure you have a very valid point, but I really do not think this scatter-gun ranting style of posting across various threads is doing you any good at all.

Indeed. In fact, if people report your behaviour Linne it's likely to see you PPR'd.

Pollycat raises good points. Fact is it is extremely possible you have been stitched up by Vance Miller, and wouldn't be the first person to call him a crook (Daily Mirror, for instance).

Help yourself here, deep breath, leave the personal side (amputation, etc) of it out of this, lay down the bare facts and people will be able to help you more. The law deals in facts, not feelings, so if you want to use the courts to results balance and justice, we must cut to the chase.
