Fresh Start - guarantees to put the account in question on prices equivalent to the lowest possible tariff in a customer's specific area at any particular time. Thus, it is a largely flexible tariff which can change prices at any time [albeit, this will almost always be in the customer's favour as it normally changes to match lower prices if these become available], as this is not a fixed or capped tariff there are no cancellation or penalty charges on this tariff whatsoever.

- is the Fresh Start Tariff still in force for SP customers already on the Fresh Start Tariff ?
- are existing customers of the Fresh Start Tariff going to be migrated to the Warm Home Discount Scheme ?

Hi Scottish Power rep-
I've tried elsewhere to find out and think this may be the correct place- Quidco were offering small businesses £500 for a dual fuel business switch to Scottish power. They're not now. Do you know which cashback company you've moved to, or are intending to move to.0
