Electric Rewire quote

Hi,

I am renovating my 2 bed detached bungalow home and I got following quotes from electrician for the work. All the plaster to the walls & ceiling is already removed. The work is to do chasing, fix the boards & consumer unit with certificate. I got the below quote and could you please confirm whether the prices are reasonable?

SPOT LIGHTS & LED LAMPS 12 * 55£ = 660£
SINGLE PENDANTS WITH LAMPS including cable, box & sheathing 8 * £40 = 320£
DATA/TV POINTS INC CABLE, box & sheathing 4 * £40 = 160£
Multi switches INC CABLE, box & sheathing 4 * £40 = 200£
Consumer unti 15point with certificate 1 * £475 = £475
Extract fan with fan isolater £130
Shaver point with cable £60
smoke detectors 3 * 65 = £195
external light with spur & cable = £75
shower 1 with cable & 45amp = £110
Security Alarm £380.

Total is 2765£. Could you please let me know whether the quote is reasonable?

Thanks

Where about's are you located? This will affect price.

Are there floorboards or is it a solid floor building - the latter will make it more expensive as all sockets have to be wired from above.

For London, it sounds pretty reasonable.....

    Hi,
Thanks for the quick response. The area is westmidlands. Its floorboards and as said even floorboards will be removed for the electrician to do the work. It some part of the cabling myself but the electrician quoted the work from scratch...

I am thinking it is about 10% higher and expecting around 2300£. what is your opinion?

    Thanks

The quote sounds unreasonably cheap regardless of area.
