Barclaycard charging me indemnity claim??

I got my Barclaycard statement today and there are 3 indemnity claim transactions on it that they have added to my balance. 17 June - £50.00, 17 June - £68.25 and 18 June - £50.16. I have rung them and they say check with my bank but the bank know nothing about it. Could it be to do with my balance transfer that I did to Halifax??

It sounds like three direct debits have been pulled back by the bank account they were paid out of.

Did you have a direct debit set up to take the minimum payment out of your bank account?

I do yes. I don't understand why the bank would do this though??

AFAIK they can do this only on your request.

^This. It suggests you disputed the direct debits with your bank. Has your bank refunded any direct debits lately?

No none that I can see. Barclays said they would call me back within 48 hours and surprise surprise they haven't! I really don't know where to go from here??

Have you checked your CC statement against your bank account one?
If there are no corresponding transactions in your current account, keep chasing Barclaycard. If they keep fobbing you off, complain: http://ask.barclaycard.co.uk/help/brochure/1_customer_service/complaint

If there are reversed transactions in your bank statement then obviously you have to ask the bank, not Barclaycard.
