Questions about booking with lastminute.com

Hi,
I mentioned earlier on the Disneyland Paris thread that I had booked a hotel through lastminute.com, I actually booked it over the phone rather than the website.

Since booking I have had a confirmation email from lastminute.com with an order number and a hotel reference number but it all seems very basic with no instructions/info about checking in etc. Is this normal? Does anyone know if I will receive any correspondence from the hotel directly?

no you wont get anything from the hotel direct. just print out your lastminute.com stuff and take it with you to the hotel. you should get a receipt emailed from them with proof you have paid, the hotel address etc should be on there. the hotel won't contact you direct tho. same as if you book with expedia or another company similar. you will get correspondance from expedia or last minute but not the hotel direct.
