My mother is 93 and it has taken me several years to get her to accept a pendant which she wears around her neck. She wears it all the time and doesn't even seem to notice it. It is much easier as help is immediate. You will not be able to monitor the cameras all the time.0

I work in Telecare and one of our service users son needs to know through our monitoring if his mum falls or leaves the property as she has advanced dementia. When we get the alarm we phone him and apparently he can look either on his mobile phone or if at home on his pc exactly where in the property she is. I asked him about the equipment, he said it was provided by his local Social services team?? HTHIf youcan lie down at night knowing in your heart that you just made someone’s day just a little bit better, you know you had a good day!!0
