Section 75 proving purchase problem

Hi,
I told my credit card company that I wanted to make a claim under section 75. But as when I initially complained they keep saying that I haven't proved my case. This seems to be a fob off. When you have been scammed or they have not sent you a contract (which they always ask for). How can you prove it seeing that a contract can be verbal!?

I know what they mean... from what you've written here, I haven't got any idea what you are talking about.

Give more detail, in order of events and then someone will be able to give an opinion.

For S75 YOU have to prove "breach of contract or misrepresentation"

Can I ask this simple question.

If you were scammed why have you not taken the company to court?
