Indemnity Insurance – do I need it?

I'm thinking of doing a little work in the evening, weekends and holidays, it would be gardening and landscaping and I was wondering if I would need indemnity insurance or anything like that. It would just be a little bit of work, not my main income and was just wondering what people's experiences of this were?
Thanks

I think you should get public liability insurance in case you injury a member of the public gets injured i.e. you leave a tool lying round, they get injured and sue you.
Anyway http://www.businesslink.gov.uk gives out lots of free advice to small businesses .I'm not cynical I'm realistic
(If a link I give opens pop ups I won't know I don't use windows)0
