Complete re-plumbing - 3 Bed - Lancs

Due to constant leaks from the D.I.Y plumbing previously done, I need to replace most of the plumbing in a 3 Bed Semi in Lancs.
I thought I might as well get some other stuff done at the same time, and will be having people in to quote next week for:
Install 1 x towel radiator in bathroom (currently standard radiator)
Move 2 x radiators into adjoining rooms (no current pipe work)
Replace thermostat control on 1 radiator.
Replace pipe work around entire house ( usage points: 1 bathroom with cold water pipe for shower, 1 Kitchen with dishwasher point, 1 Utility room (washing machine point), 1 downstairs toilet)
Swap out bath, toilet, sink in bathroom.
Swap out toilet in cloakroom.
Boiler is about 6 years old, and going strong, so nothing needs doing for that.
It's a big job, so I fully expect to be spending some K's, any ideas what is reasonable?
I'm hoping that by combining the jobs now, I can save myself paying out for smaller chunks of it over the next couple of years.
Thanks

Price's would also depend if the house is lived in or empty, are capets fitted?Laminate? will you requre the plumbing and heating working at the end of each day until the job is finnished?
Best to make a shedule of works.

Hey, thanks for the reply. The house is being lived in but I can go round to my mom's while the works being done. I plan to rip out the carpets and remove wallpaper etc beforehand as I want to redecorate. At the moment, still waiting for people to turn up to quote!
I've made a schedule that contains everything that needs doing, thanks."There are only two lasting bequests we can hope to give our children; one of these is roots, the other wings" - Hodding Carter
