1. Read 214 books - 6 done
2. Knit 16 squares - 1st in progress!
3. At least 1 new recipe every 4 weeks - hmm found one for this weekend
4. Use make-up at least once a week - wore some last Friday
5. Finish sweater - er no
6. Finish tapestry - see above :rotfl:
7. Finish Map of Durham - :whistle:
8. Read all the Terry Pratchetts (Discworld) - 2 down, now on Equal Rites
9. Use up all the odds and sods of lotions and potions! - 1 down
The cleanser/toner and eye make up remover I am currently using up comes from The B*dy Sh*p and is making my skin itch! So I am alternating with a different one (memo to self save up and get either Decleor or Estee Lauder, they don't irritate my skin, just my bank balance)
Wondering about digging out the Map of Durham to take on Monday to the Crafty Ladies afternoon? I think a couple of weeks there might finish it :think:, then I would need to either crack on with the tapestry (awkward to carry across) or the sweater :think:
Weight - NOT shifting, I am having a dry January, tracking my food etc and it has stuck, I reckon my Thyroid is still out of whack but apparently I am on the right dose of Thyroxine (so why is my skin dry, my taste buds screwy, shattered all the time, irritated and so on ... all classic low thyroid symptoms)

Okay got hit with back charges last month and this month, I really need to get my head back on track with Money Saving etc, doing more crafting and less on-line gaming should help with thisMust use my stash up!0 -
Follow on from the docs yesterday, they have slightly increased my medication for my low thyroid (so hopefully that will help!), seeing as I have managed to gain 5 pounds in less than a week I really hope it does the trick (oh and staying away from the steroids and pain killers will also be a help so I hope the weather stays static or slowly warms up
)
I have canceled my knitting magazine subscription, firstly to save money but also because until I lose shed loads of weight none of the wonderful sweaters etc will go any where near me and that is making me feel even more depressed
Another couple of days and I will find out the interest due for this month on the isme account, so I will pay that and then next Friday I will pay another £47 off it, I plan to clear this in 10 months (sooner if possible!) as per Mortgage Free in Three's ideas. At the moment my CC is minimum payment (plus paying the interest for the month) as that is the lower APR even though the amount itself is more, but as soon as the isme is done I will snowball on to that and get it gone, I want to get that back to clearing it each month but that will take a while! :eek:
IF the tablets start to do there thing then I may have more energy next week, if so I want to get some knitting/stitching done, if I crack on I can finish the Map, make a small bag for holding my Epipens and get at least 2 squares done, the one thing I also need to crack on with is my reading I am three books behind target!Must use my stash up!0 -
Dr Warlock put £1k into my account
so I have lobbed £900 off the CC and cleared another large chunk off isme account - I AM getting there slow but sure!
