Hello There,
When I try & log into my Virgin email account I get this page come up:
http://www.virginmedia.com/help/activation/cookies_javascript_disabled.php
I don't know what I.E version I have on my laptop when I click on the e to go online Bing comes up which I don't use I downloaded chrome & use that because I prefer it & it's while I am using chrome I am getting the error page
How do I sort this out please?

In Chrome go to Settings (click the 3 lines symbol to find it), click on Show advanced settings, click on Content settings and check what is set under the JavaScript section.0

That all looks to be default and standard, so I've no idea why the Virgin website would be throwing you to that page.

It is strange,
I am also searching for a website, click on the website & some sites are loading just the writing. I then click reload &it shows the pictures like normal. I don't know if that is something to do with it too

Too find out what I.E version you have
Click question mark for internet Explorer
Then click about internet explorer
I have completely unistalled java and can still get to e mails on Virgin site
Go to Safety and check you have NOT put tick by Active X Filtering0
