11 days especially including a bank holiday is not an excessive length of time. Many companys quote up to 28 days for delivery. I would give them another ring next week. Hope all is resolved.

Shipping And Handling Orders will be sent out by second class post, normally within 2 working days of receipt of order.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 7 days.

I would chase them up again but I wouldn't rush to the card provider yet.
It's possible it's been lost by Royal Mail so you need to give them some time to investigate.

Most card providers will not do anything unless it has been a couple of months since and the retailer refuses to refund you.
  • According to their T&C's they look to send items out within 2 days, second class post.

They also state they don't charge your credit card until the item is ready for shipping. Have they charged your card yet?

  • Rang Credit card company and they said the money had not been taken? and they could not do anything till it had? still a bit worried though because i have e mailed them twice and got no reply would be nice if they had kept me informed of the situation? I am still worried about giving this company my credit card details on line though!! but they looked like a trustworthy company and said all the right things on the web site!! but i would definitely not buy from them again . I just wondered if any one else had dealings with them?.

    Thanks Kim

Perhaps they are waiting for more stock to come in.
