Hi have got a mortgage with ge mo ney. We were told at the time that we had
To buy it with the mortgage. My husban d has beco ame very ill with emphasimia and they refused to pay out anyway saying he already had the condition. We did not know that he had this at the time but sometimes it is hard to fight these companys. So h is now in a rnrursing home at 57 still paying the mortgage an is very ill. So we are paying for something we didnt want and still cant claim anyway. Can we claim it back?

GE Money did not retail MPPI to consumers. It would have been via a third party like a broker or agent.
When did you buy the mortgage/PPI? If it was before January 2005 then its game over for you.
