This is hardly a comment on own experience, it clearly says you think wrong doing leads to the banning.

You appear to be at crossed purposes.......I referred to "own comments" in answer to the link posted by another member, i.e. Grassmonster. I was not making a comment on my own experience in my comment you quoted - two completely different posts.

Slightly changing the subject - I am not sure what advantage there is using Vivatic as if you sign up direct with Populous and New Vista they pay you more for doing surveys. Vivatic pays a pound for Populous surveys whilst Populous themselves pay £3. Decided to drop Vivatic when I got to the pay-out threshold as it is very rare to qualify for Gratis or SSi surveys to help you reach the pay-out threshold. Unless of course I am missing something here...

Yes, you can get way more from New Vista and Populus direct - trouble is, the surveys (for me anyway) are few and far between, and even though there aren't exactly loads of surveys via Vivatic, they do seem to be more regular than with NV and P direct.

Totally agree about Gratis and SSi - and even the Opinion Surveys - I gave up on these a while back as I never seem to qualify. I've recently started writing articles for Vivatic - these are what makes the difference for me.

I stand corrected, what I should have said was 'you clearly say you think wrong doing leads to the banning'.

The reason there are more populous and new vista surveys on vivatic than on each individual site 'might be' because those surveys are shorter and so would pay less anyway so are kept for portal sites to offer.

Vivatic used to have up to 3 a day of each of those 2 survey company's surveys but now it is lucky to get one or two a week.
Often they don't credit and it is left to the member taking the survey to notice and ask for the credit. If they don't,they get nothing for their work.
I don't think I ever was refused credit when requesting them to follow up a non credit but it seems very inefficient to not have some sort of basic tally system in place to save all the rigmarole and I am sure that it is simple to implement.

I am not banned incidentally but choose not to use them any more given that it takes such an age to get to pay out and the individual sites are more reliable at crediting .

Yes, I do believe that this is a fairly black and white area. Maybe one day I'll find myself banned, and maybe I'll think differently about it; but until then I'm rather inclined to think that if I keep to the rules I'll be ok.
