Can't get bill from Orange
Short version -
Account was in other half's name , I was named on the account as authorised to make changes etc.
Contract ended on 12th May , need April bill for the final Cashback claim with Dial A Phone , bill must be submitted by 12th July.
I have been unable to log into the online account to download the bill as I kept getting a log in error despite using the exact same details that had been used over the term of the contract.
I have tried tweeting Orange helpers and called them but they would only deal with the account holder so my OH called them a few times, on 17th May she was told she couldn't log in as the telephone number she was trying to log in to didn't belong to her any more but a bill would be sent out to her for that number.
No bill by 28th May so called again and was told it would arrive within 7 to 10 days.
17th June , still no bill so called again to be told she can't have a copy of the bill as the account is closed.
She's sent a few messages to Orange Helpers on Facebook and they have now come back and said that she's not the account holder but if she can get the account holder to contact them then they can provide a copy of the bill for a fee of £3.60.
I know it's not a lot of money but surely it should be free if they have refused us access to a paper free bill ? Can we demand a free of charge bill to be posted or emailed to us and more importantly, what's the best way to get them to look into it quickly so we can get it sent off to Dial A Phone before 12th July ?
