in Reclaim PPI & other insurance
Does anyone know if i can claim PPI on Baines and Ernst

    Baines and Ernst are a debt management company. Did you buy PPI with them?

    Baines and Ernst are a Debt Management Company where you pay off all your creditors through them as a monthly agreed payment plan, they are not a loan or credit card company and once you use them you become unable to apply for credit until the Debt is paid off. I use to be with Baines and Ernst but decided to pay off the creditors directly, they are a rip off.

    Yes we know all that its my partners and its all paid off now but there was a PPI with it can we claim that back

    B&E just serviced the debt for you, they were never the Owners of the Debt.

    any likely PPI claim would be against the Original Companies that you were with.

    Yes if the loan or credit card you are paying off had PPI on them. Ring Baines and Ernst and they will tell you the creditors name etc and get in touch with them ( the creditors ).

    Do the claim yourself, do not let Baines and ernst talk you into letting a company do this for you.
