Best Car Insurance for Teens?

Hopefully there are plenty of people on here who have teens that need insuring on their first car so know what we're going through. Being the car is 19 years old it's not needing anything more than 3rd party fire and theft - anything more would be more expensive than the car!
The best we've found is Tesco at £330 as named driver on Mum's insurance or £516 as fire and theft. This is pretty good so it's just a curiosity thing. Anyone know of any better deals??
