I was in court for two and half hours part of which was due to the clerks all being in a meeting! Clerk who dealt with me was quite nice I did have to see the Judge but that only took a couple of minutes and all he wanted to know was whether I'd taken advice and from who.

Feel a bit numb with it all this morning, but know that I've done the right thing...now I need to find a new job!!

Filed my petition at the beginning of the month, nerve wracked, was easier than I thought, I didn't have to see the judge, the clerk was nice, and was out in under an hour.
OR's office called the same afternoon to arrange my interview, 2 weeks later, so the nerves were building again. That went smoothly, so all's good now.
Just got to sit and wait for this year to be up. They're changing their rules so there will be no early discharging.

Filed on 5th. Looking forward to next July.
Kind of wondering what goes on in the background.
Feels odd that it's all gone away and seems odd that, as long as the OR doesn't need any further info from you, you hear nothing at all, not even at the end of the year.
