Hi Folks
My wife has just made a successful claim against MBNA from 1997 and i am now trying for another against a store card for her and looking for some information.
The store card is for Principles dated 1999 on the statement is a payment for 'Account Cover Premium' is this the same as PPI ?
Also the payments were to GE Capital Bank Ltd.
As i was unable to find an address for GE Capital Bank i wrote to GE Money as they have the same motif and headings etc.
They sent a letter back saying i had sent it to them in error and to send it to the correct provider ?? unfortunately i cannot find an address for GE Capital Bank......Any Suggestions
Cheers

I think it's Santander you need to complain to.
So you complain to them, they reject you, you then get in touch with the FOS to find out who the insurer was, then you complain to the insurer. But you have to hoop jump first.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
I am about to start the process of trying to reclaim PPI from a very old MBNA credit card which was closed years ago. What is the best address to contact MBNA to start the process?0

Don't know if this helps, but I have looked at my old QVC card statements, and these payments were to GE Capital Bank.
The address showing is -
