I bought the miniature kiwi and killed it! I have some tomatillos and some cucamelons in the garden at the moment. They don't seem to be doing awfully well but then I don't know what is normal (all my usual veggies are racing on after a slow start). Will wait and see. I have seeds too which I'll use next year so I'm not giving up!

We had some cucamelons, they gre into seedlings well but then they died. We have some of the firecracker corn in the garden, not sure that is going to do that well either.

I have planted some Cucamelons but they look a bit sad.

I sowed about 12 but only got 4 to grow and they are now in large pots and about 6" tall with very thin stems and a few sets of leaves, and tendrils just beginning to cling to the stick.

I am so disappointed as I was quite keen on these, but I live in hope that they will suddenly flourish.

I've had a green tea flavoured Kit Kat. It was good. And so were green tea noodles. I've been wanting to grow a tea plant for years. The problem I think is getting good stock, and avoiding the Indian variety.

Ooh I've just bought a blueberry plant - does that count?

And I did plant some tree spinach but it seems to have disappeared!

My tomatilloes are now all dead. I have two cucamelons (out of three) left. They seem to be doing quite well now in the sunshine. They've grown quite a bit in the last week or so and have some flowers starting to open. Fingers crossed!

Can I ask how you are supporting your Cucamelons? I have mine in large tomato pots and put a tall cane in as I thought they would grow from a single stem like a cucumber plant , but they are producing lots of shoots at the bottom and trying to cling on to anything they can reach.

I am delighted they are actually growing now and am pleased you are having success with yours. They do seem very difficult to get going but are thriving in the warm weather.
