Just have to share

I bought a lovely dress from an Ebay shop a few months ago to wear to a wedding for £30. it's a lovely dress and I got loads of great comments.

It's now too big for me (yay me!) so decided to sell it on ... it sold this morning for £75!!!!!!!

That's incredible in itself, but the fact that you can still buy the same dress from the eshop for a reduce price of £25 is just crazy!

I do feel a bit bad, but I was 100% honest on my listing (saying worn once etc) so I mostly feel v happy! :)

All in all made over £300 this weekend .... who knew losing weight would pay off so much lol

I've had the same myself, selling used DVD boxsets for more than new sealed items were going for at the time.

I think it's down to the "it's on ebay so it must be a bargain" mindset.

I often search for + sized brand specific and always always check the catalogue shops before buying, so Frock and Frill, and Joe Browns dresses for example, the sheer number I see on ebay sold as new full price and some on top, compared often with them being sold off at actual price (with usually discount codes aplenty for catalogue shops) or even in the sale.

But as always it's only worth as much as someone will bid for it :D
