very cheap self catering holiday

I want to book a short holiday going around middle July for 5-6 days open on where to go but first choice Ibiza for 3 adults self catering . Cheapest im getting is £750 for 5 days self catering .

Is there anyway that I could get it cheaper ? Which companys also what if we tried to book day before our travel could we get a cheap holiday that way ?

Either Liverpool or Manchester airport , cheapest ive found was £750 for 5 days to Ibiza san Antonio room only .

Would like self catering cheap as possible
