Before you make any written offer or pay anything - how long since you paid anything towards this debt?
Is there any chance it could be statute barred or soon SB?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

They phoned me up today and asked a few questions. I told them that, yes, I am employed now but declined to give them any employment details. They were also asking about rent/mortgage and priority debts (which I also told them I was up to date with except for water bill).
Have I made a stupid mistake by talking to them? Is there any way they can find out my employer without going to court as I've not long been back in work and don't want them to know about my debts. I guess they can't they contact my employer without permission? Thanks.0
