Well I've got Love and a Car. Not made it to the house yet - still renting.
I needed the Love to give me a really good reason to get my learning and driving test out the way and I did those very quickly, since she lived quite a long way away - at least by bus.
    Mortgage remaining: £42,260 of £77,000 (2.59% til 03/18 - 2.09% til 03/23)

    Savings target June 18 - £22,281.99 / £25,000

In my case, it was house (as I moved to Moscow to study), car (taxi, to pay for house), love.

Mmmm not sure there is a cheapest order. Love tends to come along when its often unexpected. So concentrate on car/house first.

My experience was learning to drive first. (Lessons paid for by my Mum and me). So I am assuming you can already drive?
Then I was on my own and living at the family home so it was easy for me to save for a car. I was 22.
One year later I met my OH. Within 3 years we paid the deposit on a house. Mind you this was in 1995 and compared to now we had a miniscule deposit.

As long as you have your money saving head on I don't think you'll go far wrong.
    Back on the trains again!

Car - to get a job to save money to pay for the house.

Love - is always expensive and can't be budgeted for or set to a timetable.
