Reclaiming interest but not premiums

Is it possible to simply just claim the interest and state I do not wish to reclaim the premiums?
Thanks.
Thanks.

No, if you were mis sold and you win, you get the PPI back and interest on those payments plus the 8%.
The interest is what the bank charge for lending you the money, either a card or a loan and you sign to accept this.0 -
No I didnt explain correctly. I have won and was offered 1220 of which 261 is interest. Im in arrears (apparently) so I just wanted to claim back the 261 and not the premiums...0

The Bank have already told you that they plan to offset the redress from your PPI complaint and send you the interest. You really have no option other than to accept the interest payment and you have no control over the redress now.0 -
Be much better if you kept it all on one thread. You're just causing confusion and have posters wasting their time replying.

I just dont see how they can do that as im not in any arrears... if they took cash from me. Why cant I have it back. And there is nothing i can do?
Its simple, they took money and I want it back?
I wont post any more and I will just shut up. I apologise0 -

On the other threads you complain that you are being given conflicting advice, but you haven't been.
This is the final response you'll get from me.
Also, please don't send me any more unsolicited personal messages.0 -

So I am incorrect in thinking I am debt free?
Im not talking about the loan, I had a loan and was repaying fine, I lost my job, and got a dro, i followed what i was supposed to do within the law to get.out of debt... This has nothing to do with them including the PPI policy does it? Thats what I am reclaiming not the loan payments, The ppi payments and interest on those payments +8% . So ignoring the loan alltogether and concentrating on the PPi payments and interest it dosent matter if I didnt pay for them as I never asked for that, in actual fact I specifically remember stating that I Do Not Need ppi... and yet it was applied regardless. This is what I mean. They do things that you never told them they could do.. and still keeping the ppi premiums... so I want to do the same, I want 100% of all ppi premiums and interest on that paid in full to me by cheque ( not any of the loan payments)... is there a legal argument? What if I still have proof that I said " no I dont want ppi" like a recorded phonecall... this proves that they purposefully robbed me...
Can I get assistance in any way from anywhere (regardless of cost)
This is my last post on the matter as I am annoyjng you lot as much as I am annoyed!
Thank you again and my apologies for venting my frustration.0
