Just wondered if anyone can advise if Cigna Sterling are one company or two. When I started my PPI complaint I spoke to the original lender that was GE Money and they advised that our PPI was with Cigna Sterling, they gave me one policy number and I assumed it was one company. The broker who we made the comlplaint to have upheld our complaint and we are waiting for a settlement figure from them. As we had heard nothing from them since the upheld letter arrived I contacted them to ask about the progress and they advised that they had the figures from GE Money but were still waiting for figures from the insurance company specifically Cigna apparently our PPI was provided by two companies. Has anyone else had any dealings with these insurance providers and experienced any problems or significant delays. I'm just interested not overly concerned as I know that the interest on our redress is accruing in our favour. Thank you.
