  • I'm 24 and been deprecated now for 2 years from my x wife. We have a 3 year old girl together . We both live separately , I pay money each month which we have agreed on and all out possessions have been split . I have my days off work with my daughter so that has also been sorted . Can we do a quick divorce online or would it be better to get papers from court and proceed from there . Am I correct in thinking all we need is the £300 court fees and the £40 absolute decree .... Really need advise and help !

    Yes, you can get the papers from the court, there are also papers to complete regarding your child, the judge will look at them both together, to satisfy him that the childcare is fine, i did it through the courts and it was ok.
