Worried about tribunal outcome

Hi Guys and Girls
I recently had a tribunal, in which i got awarded £1976, as well as one of my colleagues getting awarded the same. The 42 days after the tribunal is the 24th July.
But i am worried, because we got awarded this because the employer, to cut it short ran away from the business on the apparent pay day, with no contact what so ever, we found out his partners home address from a document inside the offices, but that was over 6 months ago now, so they have most likely packed up and gone.
How would this money be enforced or is there a way to claim a part of it from the government or anything like that?
Thank you in advance for any advice

He will go Bankrupt or if a Limited company call in the Liquidators, that means you will both be unsecured creditors and most probaly end up with nothing.0

The company is still registered as trading, it is also a limited company.0

If the director cannot pay your claims,it is quite possible he is being pursued by other creditors,if that is the case he will just go into Liquidation, voluntary or compulsory.
If you have a judgement against the company you could send the bailiffs in to get your money, that is if the company has funds or assets which they own0
