ExtensionsHow much??

We are thinking about building a 2 storey extension to our house to give us a larger bedroom for my daughter, a larger bathroom and a downstairs toilet.
Does anyone know a very rough guess to how much extensions are to build? It will not be a large extension as will only be on the side of the house
Thanks

We work on a calculation of between £1000 - £1500 per m2 for a fully finished extension. This includes decoration / floor finishes etc.
It also depends how much work you do yourself. Demolitions, digging foundations, decoration etc.
If you work at £1250 then thats not a bad starting point. Also if you know a builder then they may be able to give you an idea as well.0
