Another oyster question
I am going to London for a couple of days and there is only £2 left on my oyster. Just tried to add credit on-line, but it says that to activate the credit I would have to go to a designated tube station. I only use the bus and want to find out if I can do this any other way. If not, I`ll just have to do it when I arrive, but I`m trying to save waiting.

You can credit it online but need to press the card on one of the pads at a Tube station. You can't do it anywhere else (I find that a pain too!).:A MSE's turbo-charged CurlyWurlyGirly:A

Thanks. If I do that, but don`t get on the tube, will it deduct the cost of a tube journey?. Then sting me for not getting off at another stop?. Too much hassle - I`ll top it up when I get there.0
