NI Co-ownership Appointment

Hey
So I recently applied to buy a house through co-ownership in Northern Ireland, and I got my letter telling me my date for my appointment. Can anyone tell me what happens at this appointment, all I can see in their leaflets/websites is that it is an opportunity for me to get my questions answered. But surely there is more to it that this? Just looking advice from someone who has attended one of these appointments recently!
Thanks

Appointment with whom?
If it works in a similar way the the E&W method, you will apply to the equivalent of the HCA, via a HomeBuy Agent responsible for vetting the applicants.
Once you've been given authority to proceed, you then find a property, apply for a mortgage etc.I am a mortgage broker. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. This signature is here as I follow MSE's Mortgage Adviser Code of Conduct. It does appear to be that simple for the appointment:

I actually rang co-ownership and they confirmed that it is really just a formality. The appointment was just to make sure I understand the process and to answer any questions I might have.
I still do have to wait to hear that the co-ownership valuation of the house has come through ok.
