Applied for the 0% for 12 months and returned signed paperwork. Haven't heard anything back and it's nearly 2 weeks.
Is this usual?
Have kept the application ref number. Is there a number to call to check they've received signed forms?

Takes about 1/2 weeks to process app, pin takes about 7 days after that, card follows a few days later.0
