Gap in double glazed window

One window in the double glazed unit isnt closing properly. Its a side panel which opens - it closes easily but there is a gap at the lower part of the vertical part where the window should be flush in the frame, so there is wind howling through. There doesnt appear to be any damage or anything bocking it but was caused by some clever person (fing idiot) closing it with something bocking it, the item has been removed but the gap remains.
Can this be fixed or will the unit need replacing?

Can't you just fit some draft excluder?0

Why not look in the local paper for one of those Window Doctor type of tradesmen? If it can be repaired it will likely be quite a simple job for them to do.
Sounds as if something has been pushed out of alignment when the obstruction was there. Best to get it sorted before the cold weather returns. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0
