Hi'

Just been issued a speeding ticket from undercover police car, they said I will get letter In 14 days letting me know if its a 60 pound fine or driving
Awareness course, thing is we have moved 5 weeks ago so licence he
See had old address so letter will go there instead. As soon as got home looked at printout he gave me and see old address, so went online
To Dvla and changed to new address, but it doesn't come from them, will come from surrey police to my old a address.

Whats should I do, contact number on back of ticket on Monday and
Explain and hope they send to new address.

Any advice

Don't worry when you moved you set up a royal mail redirection for the next 12 months so you would receive all your post to your new address.

Only for a month redirection was set up for,thanks for the comment though.

You mean you haven't informed the relevant parties of change of address?
One month of re-direction is not really enough, DVLA and insurance should be advised as soon as possible, certainley not weeks after the event.
Anyways aart from that I can't help with what you should do, as it could open a can of worms

call the police and ask them what to do, shouldnt actually be a problem tbh with you, dont just leave it and see what happens though, or you'll eventually get a letter telling you that you have court, or even worse, a knock on the door telling you that youve missed court

Thanks for the replies, It was the only thing we had forgot to change, called the police and not a problem, just said to call ticket office on Monday with
New address.

You were pulled over at the roadside. Did they ask for your name and address?

It's only camera offences that go to the registered keeper's address.
