Scottish Gas - Filter Quotation

Parents have a contract with Scottish Gas for any problems that may arise with boiler/heating system. They had to call Scottish Gas out recently fixed the problem but said if they don't get a new filter fitted this may become a recurring problem and they wont cover a recurring problem if they have advised otherwise.
They received a quote for a 22mm Magnabooster (it collects the sludge apparently) which is the filter for £269. They pay £13 a month for the insurance so question is - anyone else had this fitted at a better price or any gas men out there who can advise if this a good deal?
Thanks.

Probably get indie fitter about 100 cheaper but it depends on the system, if it needs a drain down and airlocks on refilling the job could sail past that cost wheras the sg quote is a fixed price.0
