You need to agree what happens should one of you get a parter and it gets serious enough that you want to live together. Always best to agree this in advance! Often best to rent the property out (and have it as a family business!!) Or one of you lives in it and pays 'rent'.
The other scenario to consider is death. If the property is held Joint Tenants, it is not a marriage asset on death and the new spouse would get nothing AIUIYou might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0 -
