    I agree with this. And they come in different types to build up gradually as you develop the skills. I had fluffy ones, some l.e.d ones, before venturing on to fire poi for shows only. The smaller poi sets are quite cheap too.

    I stopped doing Fire poi when me and a friend almost set ourselves of fire after an unexpected gust of wind!!!
